As charged value of payments should be given facility in room like drink washroom sleeper and even TV channel not free it should be no charge

I spend 100+ nights per year in just Hilton brands. The remodel of the hotel is impressive and beautiful. Really excellent experience with property, room and all staff we engaged with; the exception being food & beverage. On site restaurant with very limited options and obscenely expensive for even a hotel. Staff not attentive and didn't seem familiar with the menu or how things were prepared? Breakfast was so disappointing/expensive; we just went across to the Hyatt for the rest of our stay. Lobby bar was never busy but again a disappointing experience. Bartenders not attentive and only friendly to the opposite sex they were interested in...
