"Super comfortable bed; shocking breakfast prices"

Conveniently located to Union Station, which makes it great if you have an early train departure or late arrival. The room was clean and quiet (yes there are sirens but that's not the hotel's fault). The beds were incredibly comfortable. Front desk staff is a bit brisk, but they were helpful with our requests. Prices vary considerably. We had two stays, one which coincided with two conferences at the hotel and had sky high room rates, the other on the emptier weekend. Breakfast prices are astronomical, and the lack of a breakfast buffet, even on the weekend, was disappointing. Surprisingly, this hotel had no Concierge Room. If I had train trips from Union Station, I would definitely stay here again.

"Stay Away from this hotel if you can!"

The hotel reception is incapable of understanding basic requests that a business person might ask about receipts. I am a Hilton Gold Member. I've had to stay at this unfortunate hotel on various occasions for business reasons. Each time, I explain that I would like the meal credit for the TWO ROOMS I book to be put on for one room. Without fail, they say yes to me and then screw it up. This results in an exhausting call back to them where they ultimately credit me but only after a huge hassle.

"Great Hotel and staff!"

Amazing stay this past week! It was our first time all going together. I met Dusty from Hilton Grand Vacations who was extremely professional and told us all about where to go around the Capitol and he even gave me free Hilton Honors points! Will definitely be back!
