For one thing your website said no charge for dog and there own website said pets free I found out after cancelation time was up that they charge $20 for a pet.

Staff.....

Booking dot com said PET FRIENDLY, PETS STAY FREE. When I got to the hotel, we were informed that the information was not true, and there was a $20 fee for each pet. We booked the location because the pets stayed for free. If I had known that there was a charge, we wouldn't have booked it.

Niente!

Pavimento sporchissimo, pieno di peli e capelli... Il water non è stato pulito!!! Aveva la tavoletta sollevata e il bordo era pieno di gocce di pipì!!! Colazione orribile... Non c'era nemmeno il caffè, solo una sorta di decaffeinato che alla fine sapeva solo di acqua... La receptionist durante il check-in ha continuato a masticare imperterrita i suoi snack... No comment!!!! Evitate!!!

No hot food and very little of everything else when we went for breakfast at 8:00 AM.
