Hot tub was not working. I reported it but it did not ever work after they said it was fixed. The bathroom was disguising. The tile in tub was grosss and dirty. The crevices weee dirty.in bathroom and room.

The staff were very kind and professional. Everything in the room was clean and tidy. Check in and Check out process was quick and smooth. Would recommend and stay here again.

Hallways could be brighter they’re dim however it is a nice hotel. Other than the dim hallways everything was nice.

Pay for parking at a suburban hotel? Ok, fine, it's not great, but it's becoming more common. Advertise a free breakfast but it's soggy scrambled eggs and no waffles, then point people to a paid breakfast next to it? Just do away with the free one. Cap the Wi-Fi at 5 Mbps, with downloads capped at 500 kbps? Never heard of that one. They texted me after a day here to ask if everything was ok. I said the Wi-Fi speeds were poor. They made me jump through a bunch of hoops, then had me call their Wi-Fi technical support people, who, after a lengthy hold, told me that the Wi-Fi is intentionally bad. I'm going to assume the hotel staff are unaware of this; it would be extremely poor customer service to have me waste my time calling their tech support if they knew things were working as intended. In a hotel where you're listening to planes take off all day, they should probably try to go the extra mile.

My fiance and I took a mini staycation here for the weekend and had an amazing stay! The hospitality from all of the staff was amazing. The whole hotel including the rooms looked renovated and super clean. Their on-site restaurant was also delicious! My fiance and I are huge foodies, and absolutely loved their wings! I love when I am able to feel right at home at a hotel so I would definitely recommend!
