Die Lage ist hervorragend, der Service und die Qualität des Bistros waren hervorragend !!! (Restaurant Dampfschiff war geschlossen) Das Frühstück hier (im Bistro) mit Blick auf die Frauenkirche hat unseren Aufenthalt positiv geprägt...Danke dafür!

Ein größeres Schild am Rolltor des Parkhauses wäre schön - auch andere (jüngere) Gäste verfuhren sich in die Fussgängerzone....Hilfreich wäre es wenn der Empfang die Handhabung der Schlüsselkarte für den Aufzug erklären würde...auch mit diesem Problem waren wir nicht allein. Und warum unsere Bäder nur so halb renoviert waren weiss die Hilton Gruppe.

Náš pobyt byl na 3 noci. Hotel se nachází v samém srdci historického centra města u řeky Labe. Do všech významných turistických cílů se dostanete pohodlným krokem do 10 min. Pokoj byl orientován do klidné ulice. Okolní hluk z ulice či vedlejších pokojů byl téměř neslyšitelný. Hotel disponuje vlastní restaurací a v okolí se nachází velké množství dalších možností kde se dá slušně najíst. Osobně jsme si asi nejvíce užili nedaleký Alte Meister Café & Restaurant. Hotel je velký se spoustou pokojů, ale působí dost klidně. Snídaňová restaurace je perfektně organizovaná a zvládá velký nárazový nápor strávníků v klidu a pohodě. Personál recepce hotelu, servis a úklid byl perfektní a bez jakékoliv chybičky. Náš pokoj měl pár chyb ve smyslu staršího vybavení na kterém byl patrný zub času, ale vše bylo funkční a čisté. Vybavení dostačující (TV, klimatizace, mini lednice, velká skříň s dostatkem ramínek). Koupelna byla dost prostorná a spojená s WC. Vybavení bylo také bohaté a nic nám nescházelo (ručníky, drogerie, fén, pantofle a župan). Postel byla dostatečně pohodlná a velká. Preferuji tvrdší matrace, ale to je věcí individuálního pohledu. Závěsy na noc netlumili ranní slunko dokonale. Senzibilním osobám doporučuji masku na oči. Nabídka snídaní formou bufetu zahrnovala veškeré myslitelné dobroty na mezinárodní úrovni. Hotel nadto nabízí servírované omelety, které mohu vřele doporučit.

Sehr zentrale Lage, besser geht nicht! Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das ausreichend verfügbare, kostenlose Wasser an vielen Orten im Hotel hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Gerade jetzt in der heißen Sommerzeit ist das sehr wichtig.

Tatsächlich gab es einen Punkt, der mir nicht gefallen hat: in unserem Innen liegenden Bad, war keine Ablüftung.
