"AWFUL!"

Overall we thought the property was nice but later we found out that was wrong. There was a BED BUG in the bed I was laying on. The front desk clerk denied that it could be one regardless of us bringing the bug down and pictures online to compare it to. We asked for a refund and he stated that “we’ll just have to contact the manager and we’ve never had bed bugs before”. We left within 10 mins and went across the street to a CLEAN Holiday Inn Express.

It was close to work that i had to be at at 545am

The first room had a roach in it. The second was better. Not warm wven wirh the heater on . The smake alarm was disabled
