Elevator worked good. Cleaning staff very supportive.

Glad there was a cracker barrel next door. I would suggest going strictly Continental breakfast. Your food was not edible. Milk was cold. The coffee was terrible. The shower door leaked so bad had to use our tiles to clean up the water. Reported it to front desk the next day.

Staff was very helpful. We had an outlet that was needed between the beds that didn’t work.They came up immediately to assist and when they couldn’t repair it, they switched our rooms and assisted us move our belongings. The maintenance staff went to front desk got us new room keys-so we didn’t have to do a thing. There are fresh soft cookies at front desk.

The front desk staff were unempathetic. The room was not clean.

Good location right off the highway. The staff I talked to were very helpful and professional. Room was clean and the room was good size. A/C worked well, and wasn't too loud when running.

The only real complaint was the pillows. They were exceptionally flat, even for most hotels I've stayed in.
