"Repeat visit for holiday staycation in Fayetteville"

Third time back and just as enjoyable. Beautifully furnished and maintained with a comfortable lobby with fireplace and Christmas decorations. Bathroom on the small side, but still has everything you need and a nice hot shower. Great size TV and ample outlets and USB ports. Convenient to Fayetteville shopping and restaurants. Great hot breakfast which is well managed and stocked

"Very Good"

The receptionist on the day of checking in was very friendly and nice. Showing both a "shortcut" to the restaurant next doors as well as more parking lots in the back. Restaurant next doors served alot of good drinks and also had a nice menu.

The room smelled "old". The upstairs neighbours started banging and walking above at 6 AM on a Sunday morning, which we could really hear.

"Not very happy for the money"

Went to the lobby for coffee twice both times the coffee was terrible. Housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired. The coffee pot in the room had a pod left in it for God knows how long it had some kind of crap growing on it which means housekeeping never touches the coffee pot. Honestly, the next time I go to that area, I will be looking for another hotel. I will only stay there as a last resort and it’s a shame because it could be a nice place. Oh I forgot they installed the shower doors facing the wrong way the inside shower door is stationary the outside shower door slides back-and-forth, which allows the shower to squirt outside between the two doors real genius installed these and they call themselves the craftsman they don’t know what a craftsman is!

Breakfast was good. first morning the egg sandwich and mini quiche were under done. Better the next day. Very nice room.

There was some sort of party going on next door and it was quite noisy. We called the desk at about midnight and the noise subsided for a bit. It was pretty noticeable until about 2 am. Not much sleep that night. Maybe posted quiet hours are needed.
