"Disappointed and I will never stay there again."

"Room" was clean at all times.

"room" sink in the bathroom was broken and water would not flush out, it was terrible. "parking" I had to pay parking and that was ok but didn't know that I could use the key to access other hotel parking without having to pay extra. "Discounts" I was supposed to get a discount for either food or drinks. We went to La cantina restaurant inside the hotel and at the time of check out the lady who was helping me said she applied the $50 discount for the food and she DIDN'T plus I got charged extra $20 for tip when I tipped the server $30 in cash. I submitted a complaint about and and nobody has gotten back to me. Very disappointed.

I like the location of the Hotel. It was a short walk to the Allegiant Stadium, which was great. The restaurants in the hotel were also great, even tho I just went to one of them because of the price.

The room was noisy, and I could hear almost everything that was happening in the hotel. I know it's a casino hotel and will be music playing all day long, but it would be nice to have better sound isolation in the rooms. The rooms are a little bit old, so the walls are peeling and have some cracks in them.

Finding my elevator. Wish there was a paper map or one on a wall so I could find my way better.
