I didn't like the fact that the ac wasn't working it felt like an over in that room. We were on the 20th foor room 56 it was a horrible experience. I've always stayed at luxor and never had an issue until now.

Cleanliness, hygiene. There was a used floss on my our bathroom floor. the sink was clogged, the bathroom floors were sticky and dirty.
