Beds were very comfortable. Air conditioning worked great. Room was very spacious. Our room faced the freeway and we were afraid it would be loud, but we couldn’t hear inside the room.

Seemed like the receptionist was running the whole place, so she wasn’t at the desk a lot. Poor girl. Breakfast was not good and nobody was available to refill missing items.

The check in person was great! He was friendly and did offer a solution to the problem.

The room was not clean, the toilet was not clean (had old urine around/in the screws that secure the seat to the toilet), the security clasp was broken to the door, the door looked opened when we got to it(it wasn’t, just didn’t seat to the jam well making it appear that way), wife noticed “feet skin” all around the floor of the room, there’s probably more. Anyway, we checked out within 30 minutes. This was the first time using Booking.com and what a pain to rectify things. The front desk person did offer another room, but with the room we were just in, no we just checked out. I used my Marriott app and stayed at one of their places. Maybe the hotel is ok, but for us it was not. The front desk person did say they had substitute housecleaning that day, so maybe that was the issue with the cleanliness. No excuse for the broken security latch though, that is a safety issue. Sadly, I forgot to take photos. I used booking.com to send a message to management at the time of booking and sent another early the next day. Took a few days to message back. I called the number the manager gave but got no answer and there was no option to leave a message.
