Hôtel La Christophine

L’accueil et la tranquillité du lieu Espace lumineux et serein ainsi que le côté jardin reposant. Et surtout La disponibilité et la gentillesse d’Aurore et Greg.

This hotel was a home away from home. Beautiful property and garden / walking distance to some beautiful beaches. The owners were delightful and very friendly. The food (breakfast and dinner) was very good too. All in all 10 out of 10. i will definitely go back and I fully recommend this hotel without any hesitation. I loved it.

Clean well maintained hotel, lovely pool, only 6 rooms, helpful owners, freshly prepared breakfast, dinner options on request.

The location was perfect for exploring Grande Terre. The rooms were lovely; the pool area divine. The breakfast (and the dinners) were great value, served with attention and care. The hosts were absolutely wonderful, helping us to plan our two weeks in Guadeloupe, and showing great patience with our limited language skills (primarily English, with only a bit of French.) When our travel plans to Marie Galante were disrupted, their help was essential to keeping our vacation on track.

We adored this place. The host, Flo, is lovely, accommodating, and helpful. The rooms are big and well designed: they have everything you need. The bed was really comfortable and there are blackout blinds so we slept like a dream. The pool is glorious and because there aren't lots of rooms often it feels like you have a private villa. Watching the hummingbirds come and go as we were sunbathing was a real favourite of ours. It has very chill, relaxing vibes. Flo is on hand to give you all the information you need, whether it is her thoughtful sheet on the best restaurants in town, or the Guadeloupe guide she has created. Flo also helped us to book restaurants.

The hotel provides remarkable level of personal service that vastly enhanced our visit to Guadeloupe. The rooms and public areas are kept impeccably clean. Breakfasts are delicious and a delight to eat on the poolside patio.
