Comfort Suites Hattiesburg near University

Very poor stay we stayed in a king suite with a pullout couch and the couch didn’t have blankets nor pillows. The bed looked like it was dirty, and there was trash underneath.

Rooms accessed by the outside. Older.

The front desk clerk, Nicholas, was amazing. He interacted with the kids and made their stay enjoyable

Nice location. Clean, and friendly staff. The indoor pool could have been warmer. Overall my overnight stay was very good

It was value at the price. The bed was comfortable, and the room clean.

Breakfast was minimal

Absolutely NOTHING and make sure you do your research on reviews besides booking that’s where you will find the truth before you get tricked to book this place

Where do I start….. when we drove up and I went in to check in they had a groups of men sitting right in front the hotel drinking beer had the can and bottles right in front of them so they been there a good while what mother wants to walk through a group of men with their children to be able to check into a hotel they paid for and it’s actually ILLEGAL to be public intoxicated in front of a business that’s isn’t selling it… next the smell was horrible you could smell the sour… got in the room opened the door and looks like the room wasn’t cleaned in a very long time 3 dead roaches floor was dirty and sticky tub was DIRTY pool was green looking the elevator not sure what’s going on with that thing but it’s definitely not safe and up to code definitely thought I was stuck… oh and let’s not miss the one thing that really said get out of here is when I noticed that the bar on the door that you can lock from the inside for your safety was removed hmmm wonder why the one way to keep others out the room is removed… I didn’t last 30 min in the hotel and I checked out oh and they don’t tell you till you are checking in they charge you another 100$ for a deposit to make sure you don’t damage anything I mean nothing in the room is worth 100 they should be paying you 100 to stay in there so 350 total and not got a cent back please don’t fall victim
