Fantastic iconic property with historical significance!

Check in was horrible. Birdie was rude and made us sit in the lobby forever while fiddling with the reservation. I booked a king bed and got a queen. There were dirty dishes at the door of the room. Very sloppy and lousy customer service. I didn’t expect that from such a nice hotel.
