I had to clean the bathroom before using it. no big towels and not up to code and pool was broke. I want a refund. ASAP

The rooms are renovated

The property other than the rooms are in this repair. First thing I did was use the bathroom and there was no paper of any kind. I told the clerk who seems totally disinterested. She was on her computer and the phone and told me to wait that she was helping somebody. I wasn’t totally convinced that she wasn’t playing solitaire. She eventually told the person she’d have to get back to them and offered me a room on the second floor. I asked if she had a room on the first and she said that she didn’t. I asked knowing the answer if they had an elevator and she said no I side and she asked me if I really needed a first floor. I said I did and she gave me one. I’m a senior who is on the road for nine hours and didn’t feel safe leaving my stuff in the car I got in the room was renovated and clean. All I want to do is take a hot shower, disappointed that it never became hot. There was glue on the floor in places from the workmen, not cleaning it up off of the new floor when I got up the next morning, there was no coffee either inside the room or in the office providing this could’ve left a better review. The outside was in disrepair drained off the floor appliances, being left places outside..
