Bed was fine, water was hot and the staff was friendly enough, BUT that didn’t make up for the following: (1) the room was hot and took a couple of hours to cool down once we turned the AC on, (2) the floor on the bathroom creaked very loudly and (3) there were a LOT of cosmetic issues that I won’t take the time to list. Our stay wasn’t horrible, but our room is badly in need of some maintenance attention

The guy at the service desk was very nice.

The room was not clean we had no other choice but to stay because there was no other motels available. But the room seem like it's been dirty for days the floor was dirty the toilet looked dirty the sheets on the bed look dirty as well. The good thing was I carry extra blanket so I could cover the bed.. really disappointed in the cleaning service

Irritated that coffee was $4/cup.

The location was very convenient !

The pool was full of junk, the ice machine on the first floor was out, and our shower curtain and towels were dirty

Average low cost hotel

It was a bit cheaper than other hotels and room was clean.

I didn't like that the water faucets were switched and my grandson got hot water instead of cold when he was going to wash his hands.Also beds were noisy as were the people in the hallway.You can hear everything and at breakfast the cereal my grandson was eating had an eye lash in it.🤷

The property is very run down. Swimming pool is drained and they use for a trash pile for old mattresses and chairs, Handicapped ramp rail is broke, bedding was ripped, no towels and toilet paper in room, had to ask for them. The AC did work!! Lots of homeless sitting on curb or close to bushes where patrons park.

Staff was nice, EVERYTHING else about this hotel was worse than anyone could even imagine.

There was a half eaten granola (I hope) bar on the floor, the curtains were disgustingly filthy, the shower water did not go down the drain, the A/C didn't work, the beds sounded like they were going to fall apart when my kids merely adjusted to go to sleep, the floor was completely warped, the dresser drawers would open by themselves, there was water leak stains on the ceiling, an electrical outlet was completely uncovered and wires were exposed, hair dryer was destroyed in pieces and just sitting there as if it was usable.
