Chambre très propre, très confortable, établissement accueillant. Bref rien à redire.

The receptionist is unprofessional and lazy. She first gave me the room that is very smelly and humid (room 602). I opened the window but after 10 min the smell is still very intensive. I went to the reception and asked her to change the room but she refused me at the beginning and said the hotel is fully booked. I checked on the internet and showed her that there are still a lot of empty rooms at your hotel then she agreed to change the room.

Nice hotel and a simple but nice room. However my room (209) had a broken hairdryer, the shampoo in the shower was empty (had to use the one for washing your hands) and the sink was missing the plug which meant the water ran straight down the drain and look unpleasant. I have reported all this so hopefully it will be fixed. Bed was firm but nice. Room was functional. All clean and ok. Reasonable for a 1 night business trip although 20 min walk to the office wasnt nice in a thunder storm.

Sehr kleine Zimmer, kleiner Frühstücksraum. Mit großem Auto, nur schwer anzufahrender Tiefgaragenparkplatz. Durch viele Baustellen bedingt, komplizierte Anfahrt zum Hotel. Keine Aussicht. Für längere Aufenthalte, war die von uns bei Expedia gewählte Kategorie ungeeignet. Alles in allem, zu teuer für das was geboten wird.

The food was absolutely appalling. I ordered it, it was expensive and I could not eat it. It arrived cold and the quality was extremely poor. I ordered takeaway to the room.

Overall great.

Love this place! I stayed there for five days and I found friendly staff and cleaned property. I highly recommend this place.

Το ξενοδοχείο δεν είναι μακριά (γύρω στα 10'–15' πεζή) από τον σταθμό μετρό της Μεγάλης Αψίδας της Ντεφάνς, και βολεύει αρκετά όσους θέλουν εύκολη πρόσβαση στο κέντρο του Παρισιού με τη γραμμή 1, χωρίς όμως την φασαρία και τις τιμές του κέντρου. Το προσωπικό είναι φιλικό και τα δωμάτια ακριβώς όπως φαίνονται στις φωτογραφίες. Υπάρχει και όμορφο λόμπι για κατανάλωση από το μπαρ. Ίσως υπάρχει χώρος για βελτίωση του πρωινού σε ποικιλία.
