Nice hotel. Good price and not far from Pictured Rocks. A little disappointed that there was no elevator. It's kind of a pain to haul your luggage up and down the stairs.

Friendly staff and no issues checking in; I was called earlier that day to swap from two doubles to a king room which was just fine by me. The hotel is dated, smelled quite musty, but the bed, pillows, and bedding were very comfortable so I had no complaints for my one night stay.

Good location, but dark hallway lighting, no elevator. Clean bedding and bathroom. First room smelled pungent so we asked to be moved; second room was better. Breakfast room much too small— I ate in the lobby.

Staff, very friendly. Breakfast area is small . Not enough seating. Customers has to take food to loby to eat. Room was musty smelling.

Clean rooms , very quiet. Pleasant staff , would come back

Front desk staff was so helpful and friendly. Beds were ok but room and hallways were somewhat dark.
