The staff was exceptional, room was quiet, my granddaughters could play in a very clean and sanitary pool. I wasn't aware of the ping pong table, which was a big plus, with them.

We liked the cleanliness of the hotel. Staff was friendly.

There were a few times I went to the front desk with a question, but no one was there. Also - there was a big sign that said no food from the continental breakfast could be taken out of the room. If the room was full - it would have been nice to know we could have taken food to another area to eat. Thankfully, there was a table when our family went to eat breakfast.

Friendly staff, good common areas to meet as a group, plenty of restaurants nearby and clean and comfortable rooms. An older hotel that has been taken care of.

Breakfast options were limited compared to competition.

I enjoyed the staff, as they were very kind. I, also, enjoyed that breakfast was stocked and hot- although it was a smaller scale breakfast as far as options. I didn’t expect it to be anything fancy, though.

I didn’t like that my room still had stains and chip crumbs on the floor. I felt as if it wasn’t as clean as it could be. I, also, didn’t care for the smell of smoke in the hallways and the uneasy feeling knowing the side entrance doors were often propped open, allowing anyone in. There is a lock and scanner when the door actually shuts, though.
