Location.

A few drops of blood landed on the sheets, I was charged for it. So beware to anybody- any kind of stains on their bedding you will be charged. I’ve been all over the world, this is the first time I’ve encountered such a charge. - they let the homeless loiter around the property - music is unbearably loud in the hallway - they let guests congregate in the hallway and talk LOUDLY
