It was close to my work not much around it for food choices. Restaurant was overpriced and so was the room.

Paying extra for WiFi? No way.

Over priced for breakfast buffet. most options are included in common continental breakfast at other places that i have stayed that are included in price of room. Either make the buffet something special or include it in price of room.

"Terrible Service"

Dear GM, This is probably the worst Marriott I have ever been to service wise. From checkin to checkout, god awful. Blonde girl with an accent is full of attitude, made a weird facial expression of disgust as I walked away thinking I didn’t see it, customer service training is certainly needed. The food has gone down hill since last year, the restaurant has strange hours… My room was full of ladybugs and it was just disgusting… especially for a Marriott. The shuttle convenience is the best thing about the place I didn’t really have a car for work so I was able to take it. Older Italian gentleman took me pretty rad dude I appreciated it. Same girl checked me out, same weird attitude, no eye contact barely said good morning, handed me my receipt and ignored me pretending to type things on her computer until I walked away. I really like this area and I hope to give this property another chance in the next year or so. All best, Robby

My elderly mother and I just stayed at the Marriott Troy, MI. It is an amazing hotel with an attentive staff that ensures a personalized stay. The rooms are very clean and elegantly appointed with modern comforts and safety features for the disabled and handicapped. The manager, Mark, provided impeccable service. The hotel's central location allows for easy and safe exploration of medical facilities, shopping, and restaurants. Overall, a truly exceptional and memorable experience. We look forward to returning and referring friends, colleagues and family.
