"Staycation"

My only complaint is the hot tub wasn’t working and that was one of the main reason why I did a staycation to relax swim and get in hot tub. Also, the bed was ok, I would definitely recommend the hotel look into getting new beds mine had a drip.

The hotel is seriously outdated, but I knew that going in. We chose this hotel specifically because of the proximity of the hot tub to the pool. We wanted to have a clear view of our kids while my husband and I sat in the hot tub. The hot tub was closed so that was disappointing. Several outlets in the hotel room were broken with the electrical lines exposed.when we pulled out the couch bed the bed was stained all over with a dark color. The shower door would not stay closed. The next morning my husband took the kids to the pool and the entire glass door to the pool was broken off the hinges.

"Thoughtful Touches at Courtyard Indy Airport"

I stayed at the Courtyard Indianapolis Airport recently and just wanted to say how impressed I was, especially given that the hotel is currently under construction. Right from the start, the staff made me feel welcomed and taken care of. The airport shuttle picked me up right on time, and when I got to my room, I was surprised with an upgrade to a suite and a sweet birthday bag waiting for me even though my birthday wasn’t for two more days! Such a thoughtful touch. I travel to Indy a lot and have stayed at more than 20 Marriott properties in the area. This one might not be the fanciest, but it’s one of the friendliest. The price is fair, the service is excellent, and it’s clear the team truly cares. Big thanks to everyone at the Courtyard for making my stay so easy and enjoyable!
