Quality Inn near Blue Spring

Hotel was old, dingy, it had mold all over. Furniture was rusted, bathroom had mold on the walls, holes in the ceiling and walls. Bathroom laminate floor , when you stepped on it water coming out from below. Room smelled like smoke (although it was a non smoking) They need to update photos online. Rooms do not match description online. I don't understand how can this hotel be open and running. We paid $315 for 2 nights , it was not worth it. Couldn't cancel reservations when we got there due to local dance competition. Won't be staying there again.

Basic room that is close to Blue Springs State Park. Lots of places to eat around the hotel.

Parking lot is very noisy. Had two gentlemen right outside of my room talking very very loudly on their phones for hours - past 11pm. Breakfast was supposed to be at 6:30am. Lobby was locked and I don't think anyone is at the hotel at night. I left at 7:15am and still no one in the lobby etc.

I booked the room with booking.com but yet Quality Inn also charged my card d so now I have to dispute the charges.

The hotel is conveniently located if you want to visit Blue Spring Lake. Our room was clean and spacious. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The price was quite attractive. A couple of good restaurants nearby.

The breakfact was almost non-existent. We made coffee in our room and went out.

After booking six smoking rooms I was not told about the nonsmoking room and then charged me $50 you guys are f****** crooks .

Once again I had six smoking rooms booked me for a non-smoking room which I thought was a smoky room and then charged me $50.
