Quality Inn near Blue Spring

I checked in at 10 p.m., made the payment, and went to sleep. The room looked clean at first. However, at 1 a.m. I felt something crawling on me – it was a cockroach. I killed it, turned on the light, and found another one on the wall and two more on the floor right next to the bed, near my slippers. I immediately called Booking.com to request a refund and informed them that I was checking out. When I went to the reception to explain that the reason was cockroaches, I received neither an apology nor any assurance of a refund. Unfortunately, I was told that I would not get my money back for such a terrible experience. A cockroach could have even crawled into my ear while I was asleep. The hotel should at least warn guests that they have such unpleasant issues.

First room smelled horrible, the second room they offered us had bugs and the toilet wasn't flushed. Pictures on Expedia doesn't resemble anything like the room we were provided. Stay out of this hotel if you want to remain healthy.

Although a cheap motel, sadly not well upkept. On ground floor; very damp and musty with a lot of mould spores, including on the teabags which could have been changed; paint peeling away; bed very uncomfortable; no housekeeping for 3 days; phone didn’t work; poor WiFi signal; and television cut in and out.

I thought the rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly the hotel seem like it was very well maintained
