"Nice but hot and stuffy"

The room was very good and very clean, the staff helpful and quick, most of experience was very good.

The shower pressure wasn't too good, making showering a little less enjoyable. The largest problem was the lack of air movement in the room. The staff helped us to get the vent to work and provided a second fan. What would have been better is being able to open the window.

Hotel is clean and very comfortable with restaurant on site. Bed was comfortable and tea/coffee facilities in the room were appreciated.

Parking is extra and not straightforward to pay for. It would be better to just have a card reader at reception instead of having to scan codes and use your phone. There is no lift so suitcases had to be carried up the stairs and there was nobody to help. Understaffed for the Saturday evening with only one waitress to deal with everything.
