"Excellent"

Had a problem with room and staff changed and upgraded our room immediately without fuss. Dog friendly, even at breakfast. Lovely staff.

Needed a garden or outdoor area to relax and exercise dog.

Lovely comfortable bed and bathroom was excellent and seemed new.

Staff were flippant and seemed rushed of their feet. Run on a shoe string. Both reading lights next to bed were completely broken and fridge in room didn't work. Reported it and got a casual 'sorry for that's.

As I was staying for 3 nights, the reception lady upgraded me to a suite. It was so nice to come back to each evening.

It's expensive to eat there so I didn't use the restaurant.

The older lady on the front desk/bar/waitress at breakfast was excellent as she was doing 3 jobs for the price of one, needs a pay rise!!
