Circus Circus Reno, A Caesars Destination

Very long walk from lobby to room. Very long walk from room to the bar. We’d had a bad day, a bar just downstairs would have been nice.

The room was clean. Then bed was comfortable. I felt safe at the hotel. The staff accommodated me booking an extra day as I my flight was delated a day. Also, a cleaning lady checked on my room and made sure I had enough towels though I did not request them, that was nice. Over all it was a good experience.

The curtain hang over the AC unit. A minor issue.

I liked the people who helped at the registration desk, the bell hopes, the room nice and clean

I didn't like the ice machine on the floor wasn't working and I needed ice for my foot and leg, I was told that they didn't do room service, and for me to go on another floor to get ice, did not like that,oh yeah they didn't have a microwave either

We came as a group of 5 cousins. Ages: 35, 32, 26, 21, and 17 for a two night stay on June 19-21. We definitely felt nervous on our 3 hour drive down from the Bay Area considering we are usually in Vegas for this kind of trip. Turns out... We love it! It is definitely outdated but that part is kind of fun! We loved the location and enjoyed the blues brews and barbecues event lined up right on the street. We didn't pay for parking, the check in line was easy breezy and the electronic checkout also had zero issues. The room was clean with no smell. Our temperature controls all worked. We had no issues with linens, furniture, or the bathroom. Ice machine for us on the 23rd floor was cherry. We really liked it and would totally stay here again. My only issue is that I can't seem to get a dang aperol spritz in this city. But that is more just a me problem!
