"Not again"

Close to the Alamo and river walk

Had to go to the front desk for toilet paper like they didn’t stock before I checked in and didn’t clean the whole time we stayed had to ask for towels and wash rags

"Deceptive charges"

Booked a room for one night, (through Hotels.com) place was nice, clean, comfortable. The reason for my 2 star review is a deceptive charge that was added to my AMEX the day I check out for $54.37. This was over and above the lodging charge of $149, the PMC valet parking $55.62 + $10.50 added tip. I have been trying in vain to get ANYONE to reply to my constant inquiries to explain this charge to NO avail. Nobody (specifically Caroline Gonzalez, who, I was told, is the manager) returns my calls, emails, FB direct messages. Absolutely ignored, and very frustrating. MAKE SURE YOU GET A PRINT OUT of all charges BEFORE you leave.
