The only good thing about this place was the showers and the breakfast was alright

The customer service was garbage they were rude and we asked for a smoke free room and one of the rooms we got smelled like weed the other one had cigar ashes

"Bed bugs"

Staff was friendly and location was close to everything.

I woke up with a few red welts on my legs and every day there were more when I woke up. Started getting them on my thighs and back. I checked the bedding and couldn't see much. Thought I was paranoid. Today I woke up with a bunch of bites and red welts on my arm and confirmed that I'm not going crazy. They offered me another room down the hall or to check out and they'll refund me for the rest of my cancelled stay. Didn't offer anything else besides an apology but because I booked through a third party, they couldn't do anything else about it. So my clothes are currently in garbage bags in the back of my vehicle and I'll have to find a Laundromat to wash everything. They didn't offer to cover that cost or even give me a discounted stay. But beware there are bed bugs.

Aj at the front desk he helped us from the reservation on all the way thru of extending my stay for a couple more days cause my husband went on for major surgery ... Thank you so much AJ for your compassion and understanding...and thank you to the housekeeping for checking in and cleaning the room and making sure all was tidy for when my husband was discharged from the hospital ...

Location, quiet and clean for the most part. Staff that I dealt with were very nice and helpful. Overall I had a comfortable stay, no major complaints.
