Great location in central Salzburg. Comfortable hotel, very quiet room in the annexe overlooking gardens. Advantage of being in the annexe meant it felt like a private apartment. Appreciated the tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Staff were helpful.

Disadvantage of being in the annexe meant we didn’t feel part of the hotel and didn’t use any of the facilities except a drink one of the nights. Pillows were too soft.

Ist sehr nahe in der Innenstadt. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und auskunftswürdig.

Die Glühbirnen waren teilweise defekt Kleiderhaken im Bad fehlen (Bademantel) Das Zimmer ist ein wenig teuer nur mit Frühstück

We were in the annex building. Shower was strong, bed comfortable, big windows, good light.

The internet in the annex building is very spotty and weak. The hotel tried to change out the route / equipment but it did very light to help.

The Hotel was off a main pedestrian street which led to the old town of Saltzburg. It was very nice to be able to walk everywhere and leave our car in the garage. We really enjoyed our stay.

A walk in shower would have been nice. We had a tub shower which was a little awkward to climb in and out of. Otherwise our room and bathroom were very spacious and modern.
