Parking. Although the parking garage is t far. It was confusing where to leave the car and check in without using valet service

Dog friendly, well lit at night. Friendly & quick valet.

Took 20+ minutes to check in and get room key even though there were no other guests. Two staff members could not get the system to activate the key card. Then I was told it was because I have my dog with me. I disclosed that information when I made the reservation a month in advance. No apologies, no free drink at the bar....nothing. very poor service. Everything else was great
