Positively the worst service at any hotel the room they expected us to stay in had no heat because the electrical outlet had an obvious short. there were roaches everywhere and the outdoors area was coved in dog feces

"NOT SAFE AND SCAMMERS"

I liked NOTHING!

Everything! I got charged TWICE for this room. I been trying to contact the manager but he is always out.. I payed through booking.com then when I checked in the MANAGER charged me again! I hope this hotel manager reaches out after see this! It looks like a hotel from a murder movie! This hotel needs to be shut down!! Mold, floor coming apart, cold air coming from the windows, AND beds are OLD, STAINED AND NASTY. This hotel looks like a homeless shelter BUT you had to pay to stay! There are a fight or something that broke out in front of the hotel! Cops everywhere. Scary!! Not a place for little kids!!
