"The worst motel experience I have ever had."

It smelled so heavily of smoke that my son had an asthma attack. The windows didn't open, the floor was cracked, plaster was coming off the walls and the beds smelled terrible. It was so bad we immediately left and the manager refused to refund our money bc we went through Booking.com and then Booking.com "gifted" me 11 dollars towards another stay 🙃 😑

Decent and affordable place to stay for a visit to the Morton Arboretum. Fast food nearby and cheap gas at Costco next door.

Hallway floors neede vacuuming.

Not Suzie the manager

She refused me a two night stay because I smelled like alcohol. Said she was leaving for the weekend and couldn't be there to baby sit me My wife and myself have stayed there there on and off since 2014. When we first moved there, we stayed for almost a year in a suite. Look up our history starting when this was Baymont. Regretably I will never stay there again. Regretably. .Marilu and Thomas Mauck P.s. I walked across the parking lot to the Best Western and got a king smoking room with a hot tub and breakfast included.
