Relax Inn

We had a great 5 day stay here. The room was nice and quiet. Our only concern was that housekeeping knocked on the door everyday at 9am and the neighborhood is VERY sketchy but for $39 we didn't expect Beverly Hills.

I have a pending issue with Expedia for a refund for 2 nights we didn't use due to the condition of this property as documented with the then manager Connie...who has since quit her job there. The first attempt for a refund was declined by the manager for reasons I don't understand... The list of issues I gave at the time were as follows: 1. Your ad says this was a recently renovated motel....didn't see any.. 2. Lamp shades askew....curtains falling of the rod... 3. Nails protruding from the corner desk could have caused some serious injuries . 4. Air conditioner very noisy 5. Unstable Wi-Fi operation 6. Hallways leading to the rooms was very dirty and no air conditioning...very stale air. 7. Coffee maker didn't work. All in all,when I inquired about the renovating at the front desk, I was told only the first 24 rooms had been done. We stayed in room#238 and it was not at all ice. Then we switched to room# 128 and it was no better. We will not ever stay there again...nor will we ever book through Expedia if my pending refund is not issued. Not very good customer service...plus I am a shareholder of Expedia stock. Please reconsider and issue my refund for the 2 nights we opted not to stay...

I expected it to be a small room for the price, but it was DIRTY. The sheets were stained. Very disgusting.

I would stay far away from this one. Not worth a dime...room was dirty, bed sheets stained...😒

The rooms we had needed to be vacuumed. We had to wait 45 minutes after the normal check in time to get into the rooms. One of the rooms we had really needed the bathroom cleaned again. There was an empty bottle on the stairs. The hallways were dirty.

didn't get much sleep, tv was blaring in another room and it continued all night long and into morning. People were running in the hall and yelling and kids screaming into late hours. finally called the front desk.

I don't normally write a review, but I feel this experience was worthy of it. When we first checked in at about 9:30 at night, children and pets were running around. Our dead bolt was broken and hairs were found in the bed. The evening of our second night, two men were fighting outside the hotel as we were walking inside. One pulled a gun on the other and we were caught in the middle of it. Needless to say, spend the extra money on a nicer hotel and stay safe!

Mold in bathroom shower, the smell of smoke in non-smoking rooms and just generally run-down/lacking cleanliness. Nice staff but the product needs help.

The hotel was dirty and smelled like smoke. We got moved to another room and the shower got backed up. We had asked for non smoking room but I think every room in that place would have smelled! The staff was smiling in the Lobby area. I think when someone is working they should take a break outside the building if you are going to smoke. The restroom were dirty. The bed sheets were also dirty!
