Overall a good hotel

So basically we had accidentally slept through all of our alarms. It was by total mistake so the first house keeper came through at 11 we immediately got up and started getting ready to leave. We didn’t have much stuff so it didn’t take us longer than 20 minutes to get up and go. Well by the second time she came it wasn’t even 11:15 and yes I know we should have already been checked out I know that the house keeper starts talking extremely bad about us. She’s a probably late 30s Hispanic woman. And someone asks her if she’s gonna clean our room and she says “I would but these lazy ass people are taking their sweet ass time” I also work in the custom service industry and understand you have a time frame you’re trying to make. I also understand me and my husband were also in the wrong with not following hotel policy but we truly slept through our alarms. We live 8 hours away. I just expected staff to be a little nicer. I would have paid for staying over later had she been nicer and communicated better. She needs to do better.
