Best Inn Booneville

We checked in, went to our room and asked for a refund right away. The door, walls, and ceiling were covered in hundreds of bugs!! The shower wall was disgusting as were the walls. We went to the front desk to ask for a refund and nobody was around (this was at 3pm.) We still have not received a refund. I would never stay here again.

The very limited AC outlets would not hold the plug in the wall. The bathroom vanity light only worked about half of the time. The girl at the front desk was very pleasant during checkin. However, the only ice machine was in their office and they had no ice buckets in the room. They gave me a small plastic bag of ice. I guess they expected me to place it in the sink which is what I did.

Nice and quite place to stay had a lil problem because I booked the room online and it confused the front desk but overall it was good

Toilet was broken and there were people outside making noise. Bed was comfortable.

Nothing! I paid for two nights and only stayed one .

I love that it's comfortable and quiet and they treat you with respect
