とっても広いお部屋でゆったりと快適に過ごせました。

ホテルの従業員の方、チェックインの時もチェックアウトの時も、とても親切で嬉しかったです。

母の実家帰省の際に毎回利用しています。 今回は急遽当日に母が泊まりたいとの事で、チェックインの際に１名追加できるか伺った所、嫌な顔ひとつせず対応してくださり、２日間同じお部屋にしてくださいました。 予約の際に電話対応もしていただいた女性スタッフで、千葉から来る旨を話した際に「お気をつけてお越し下さい」と優しい言葉もかけていただきました。 お名前がわかりませんが、丁寧に対応してくださってありがとうございました。 また遠野に来た際はよろしくお願い致します。

Tono is a relatively small town, the hotel location allows to reach most things by foot. The rooms are convenient and the bathroom is comfortable. The lobby area is large with ample seating. Car parking is paid but convenient in/under the building. Staff is exceptionally friendly.

The western style beds are very hard, futons would have been even more comfortable… It is not allowed to go to the restaurant in kimono…

Great onsen style bath facilities

Large modern hotel within walking distance of the station and town centre. Private car park ¥500 per night. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with good amenities. Nice yukatas provided to go to the hotel’s onsen-style bath area which was really nice. Buffet breakfast was included in the rate. Easy to reserve in Booking.com as the hotel’s own website was a bit difficult. This is probably the best quality hotel in Tono and is reasonably priced given the current weak yen though maybe a bit expensive by Japanese standards. Overall very good and I would stay again next time.

部屋も大浴場も綺麗で良かったです。 ホテル周辺は駅も近く、飲食店もあり、また宿泊したいと思います。

大浴場が広くて清潔で無人でとてもよかったです 朝食は馴染みのないお餅や漬物、わんこそばなど種類が多くて何を食べようか迷いました 寝具は浴衣なので苦手な方はパジャマ持参したらいいと思います また宿泊したいです
