Was available last minute though we only needed a one bed.

The loud noise of doors slamming that kept walking me up throughout the night was frustrating and the air conditioning is old school and had to climb to turn it on and off.

Absolutely terrible POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE -Didn’t have the King Room I booked online when I arrived; charged me the same price for the Queen Room downgrade; refused to discount -Room had dirty sheets. Woman acted as if it was inconvenient for her to provide me with clean sheets DISGUSTING ROOMS -Flies and ants in the rooms -Dirty sheets! Stains and hair in the sheets -Hair on the walls in the shower -Black mold in the grout GARBAGE AMENITIES -Prison-grade soap, shampoo, toilet paper and towels -Slowest possible Wi-Fi. Totally useless for trying to work -Broken AC machine SKETCHY ENVIRONMENT -Management allows customers to blast ghetto music at night from the parking lot -Can’t sleep with the window open due to street-walkers in the hallways smoking cigarettes -Chinese owned and operated hotel – probably a money laundering operation Absolutely terrible.
