"Resort feeling, 20 mins from Santa Fe"

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. It did seem a little less up to Four Seasons high standards of service than other locations we've stayed at, but maybe it is due to being a little off season? Just small things: no one offered to show us to our room or help with luggage (we got turned around and wandered a bit, and we managed with our bags, but again, a little less service than we have experienced at other Four Seasons resorts), turn down service was very early - like 5pm... when we asked for later service each day as at 5pm we were still showering and getting ready to go out, one day no one came later, on our last evening, no fresh towels were left.... all small things, but a little off for Four Seasons. The resort is lovely, and offers complimentary shuttle rides to/from Santa Fe, which was really nice in the evenings. We had our teen daughter staying in our deluxe casita, but in the future, we would book a suite - she wasn't that comfortable on the rollaway bed tucked under the window. Breakfast/dining room is lovely and the food is very good - staff at breakfast were super helpful and efficient, and it was fun to eat at the bar area and enjoy the gorgeous views over the hills - lovely at sunset!

"Not your typical Four Seasons..."

Definitely not your typical Four Seasons, and that's not a bad thing! A more primitive, adobe bungalow-style resort, with outdoor only pool and hot tube. You feel much more part of the Santa Fe vibe, less formal, less luxurious, but a more unique and memorable vacation.
