Like how big the suit was and the comfy bed

Was dirty, asked for service and they didn’t clean the room at all , the facility was dirty and elevator smelled like smoke all the time.

"Enjoyed my stay"

I had two separate stays at this hotel and enjoyed it both times. The hotel is not modern, however, it is very clean and I received excellent service. They went above and beyond, And, the beds are so comfortable. Severyn, Veronica, and Behooz went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their warm and attentive service really stood out — thank you for making my visit so enjoyable!
