The property was pretty average. Rooms are a little out dated and the TVs are pretty small. Our key card stopped randomly working like three times, and our bathroom toilet was broken, so we were moved rooms. Breakfast was pretty average, eggs and bacon or sausage, waffle maker, some cereal options and oatmeal/toppings bar, juices, and a few smaller things like toast or croissants.

"Paid double !"

That I paid double .. Prepaid on Booking.com... then got my creditcard charged for the 2 nights anyway.. Manager Adrian said he'd sort it out ... but that's been weeks ago now... Still nothing sorted ... contacted Booking.com a week ago ..hoping they can get things moving in the right direction. I want my money back ! It's ridiculous that you charged my creditcard.. The room was already paid for ...!

"Disappointed on this stay"

I was really disappointed on this stay at this Fairfield Inn. Facility was okay, room nice, but they have instituted a $3 parking charge. I asked about it both at check-in and check-out and some story about towing and parking. If they have a parking issue for non-guests, simply give the guests the same 2x2 piece of paper to put on their dash. Do not charge them $3 for this. As a Bonvoy member, other members approached us at breakfast and asked us about it. They were as irritated as we were. If they want to raise income, do so in the rates, not some cheap nickel and dime thing. What next, elevator charges, free breakfast but if you use utensils, there is a charge. I was told when asked at check out, other facilities do not charge for parking. Not said, but indicating maybe I should go their next time. I received two review requests from this hotel guest services. I replied the same as here. No response from either of them. I found this cheap charge very disappointing from this Fairfield.

"Nice hotel"

We had a nice stay at this Fairfield. The beds were very comfortable and the staff was nice. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. Shower water was very hot. It was a good location for the Cog train and Garden of the Gods. We would stay here again.
