Location, cleanliness.

Staff at the front desk was very unprofessional. Her personal appearance not good. She was playing with two phones at the same time and made me wait for someone else to come check me in. The beds were very small and uncomfortable!

I like that the hotel was set back away from the main road. Very quiet.

Surrounding area is not attractive due to construction and lack of maintenance.

We had a quick stay and service was excellent! Friendly front desk Pam was very helpful getting us assigned to our room. Libby had great snacks and breakfast buffet. Rooms were very clean and felt new. Great stay!

The lady that prepared the meals was so sweet caring. Pam at the front desk was amazing. I really enjoyed conversing with her.

Stayed there for a weeding, incredible staff; tried to accommodate me on the same floor of the weeding party but couldn't. I also did not book with the group but i appreciated that they tried. The day I arrived I noticed the breakfast was kind of missing a lot of stuff towards the end of the shift but it may have been that there was not enough staff or just too many people had breakfast at that given time. It was good the next day. The only thing that I can point out to improve is that you could clearly see light coming from the hallway to the room (I was in two and both of them happened this). Which means that if light is coming in, so does noise. The doors of the bathroom could also use some better maintenance and maybe updated locks. Apart from that. Recommend stay indeed and would visit again.
