Hampton Inn Minneapolis St. Paul-Woodbury

Furniture in the room had visible damage. Loose boards in the floor made loud noise whenever someone walked on it. Several breakfast options were empty for long periods. No eggs. No oatmeal.

First I had to go to the desk 3 times to get a key that worked. Then our room smelled so strongly of some sweet chemical (to cover up some other smell) that we had to switch rooms. The new room had the same terrible smell but at that point we were done - we had to leave to meet our friends. It was a disappointing stay.

Rooms were Very outdated, paint chips falling off the ceiling in bathroom, lamination on deck top and nightstand missing, bathtub had so much of a curve to it, it was awkward taking a shower. Breakfast was great.

All was very good.

Easy check in! Felt safe for one night and enjoyed the accommodations.

There was a mix up at check in and they checked someone else into my room earlier which nearly caused me to have to go to another hotel. Staff, who were not responsible for the mix up, did work work hard to get it straightened out, but it was a huge hassle after a long trip.

Stayed one night before a health-care appointment. Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Overall great for our needs.

The internet was down. Overall condition of the hotel seemed very tired.

The hotel was fine for the price. We arrive around midnight for check in. The employee working the desk had no idea how to check us in. He had to call for help, took over 20 minutes. Room was generally clean. Hotel could use a renovation. Breakfast was above average.
