Everything was excellent -staff very friendly and helpful , room was spacious , comfortable , and clean. Great location , 5 miles from downtown Bethesda , when we arrived we received complimentary water and on top of that got complimentary drinks/snacks at the bar. Excellent breakfast - omelets to order , eggs, breakfast meats , hot cereals, waffles, fruit , toast , bagels, yogurt . Parking garage was great also (if you need and it’s $24 /night easy to get from there to main lobby. Highly recommend Embassy Suites if visiting the area

Very disappointed with the quality of breakfast. Embassy Suites were known for their excellent breakfast, not anymore!

I inadvertently left a medical device behind in my room. I contacted the front desk and within a few hours received a call stating that the device had been found by housekeeping and secured at the front desk so a family member was able to retrieve it for me. The breakfast is terrific.

The sofa bed mattress should be replaced in room 343. Pretty uncomfortable. Also, I was unabel to turn the TV on in the bedroom.

"Spending time with family on a rainy labor weekend found everything we need it to do indoor"

The hotel is very nice it has everything. The breakfast buffet was great a lot of food to eat.

I think the pool needs attention the water didnt seem clean i was wearing googles and couldn’t see anything in the water

Clean spacious room, good breakfast and evening drinks.

Stayed twice - on both occasions neither the pool nor hot tub were in working order. No dining options within easy walking distance.
