Check in was wonderful and every employee was great. The hotel is just getting worn out and dated. Bed was way too soft; the pillows flimsy. All the furniture is a bit beat up. It was clean, however.

"Not close to worth the $$$"

This hotel's location is great, and the staff was relatively friendly (VERY friendly and helpful in the cafe) but in general they're phoning it in, and charging WAY more than it's worth. True, it's generally clean, and had been renovated fairly recently, but our room had ill-fitting furniture that was too large, didn't fit or look nice, and made our room feel even smaller. In addition, our shower wall had a large stain down the middle of it - and they actually charged a parking fee on top of an outrageous nightly rate. Keep looking.
