Palm Beach Gardens Marriott

Jennifer in the restaurant was amazing. So cheerful, no upsale pressure and made our children feel so special. We saw her two days in a row, cheerful attitude and offered great customer service.She is a gem, I would want her on my team.

Ms. Jennifer truly went above and beyond during our stay. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and made our entire family feel so welcome. Our two children absolutely adored her! She surprised them with some of her own candy, along with crayons and a coloring book, which kept them entertained and made them feel extra special. What impressed us most was that after serving us the evening before, she took the time to stop by the next morning just to check on us and say hello. That level of genuine care and personal attention is rare to find. The pool was also wonderful and perfect for families. There were so many fun things for the kids to enjoy, including pool noodles, a floating basketball hoop, and plenty of pool floats. It made our time there even more enjoyable and memorable. Ms. Jennifer’s warmth, thoughtfulness, and dedication to her guests made a lasting impression on our family. We are so grateful for her exceptional service. Thanks to team members like her and the family-friendly amenities, we would highly recommend the Marriott Palm Beach Gardens to anyone visiting the area.

I used the Marriott for a private event (over 100 people) and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Dana and Marion were EXCEPTIONAL to work with. Their attention to detail made sure our event ran seamlessly! I would book there again as everyone said that the space was perfect and the food received very rave reviews. People still talk about the mini cuban sandwiches and churros :)

From the minute I walked into the hotel to when I checked out, I was blown away with the staff. The staff at the entire establishment was top notch but I have to give 5+ stars to the front desk staff David & Kadah. I arrived earlier than the normal check in time as I had a very early flight from CT on the morning of Friday 5/29/26. They let me stay in the lobby and lounge area and were extremely accommodating while I was waiting to check in. They took turns often updating me on the status of my room and were always making sure that I was comfortable in the mean time. They were so friendly and truly seemed to care about my stay and they do make a great team as it shows that they love what they do! If I could give them 10 stars I would! I have been telling people about my positive stay and will definitely return next time I am in town. P.S. the bartenders Andy and Reace (Rice) were great as well! Sincerely, Mikki Nevins

Five stars, easy — and it’s all about the people. From check-in, David went out of his way to get me a beautiful room overlooking the pool. Then came the little things: he ran out to his car in the rain to bring me a lighter, took my room service order himself and hand-delivered it, then went back down for cream for my coffee. Just two examples out of many — David didn’t just do his job, he took care of me. The front desk matched him. Shannakay and Kadah greeted me with a real smile and a kind word every single time I passed — morning, noon, and night. Anyone can give you a room. This team made me feel like a guest they were glad to have. I’ll be back!

We had our son graduation dinner, and was a wonderful experience . Dana Mattis the director of catering, was amazing, always available and prompt to respond our questions. The buffet was great, everything on time. We will use their catering services again without a doubt.

My husband and I stayed here as part of a wedding room block and overall had a very good experience. The hotel is attractive, the lobby is tastefully decorated, and the M Club was well stocked with snacks and beverages throughout our stay. A special shout-out to Adrian and the tall bartender with the long dark hair in the lobby bar (sorry I forgot her name!). Both provided excellent service, great drinks, and always greeted guests with a smile. Housekeeping was also consistently good. The food in the lobby restaurant was very good, although pool service was a bit inconsistent. On one occasion, a server dropped off a menu and never returned. The guest rooms were comfortable, but storage and closet space were limited, especially for a four-day stay that included wedding attire and extra clothing. Our room also overlooked the highway, which wasn't ideal. The only other disappointment was that the lobby bar closed earlier than expected on Friday and Saturday nights. After returning from wedding events, we were hoping to enjoy a nightcap at the hotel but found it already closed. And the room doors slammed loudly and noise from the hallway was bad at times. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the staff was wonderful. If we return to the area, we would likely explore a property in a more walkable location, but this hotel served its purpose well for the wedding weekend.
