The bed was comfortable and the staff was very good. The location is fantastic and the breakfast was excellent. It was a short walk to the beach. We also booked massages with June who gave massages to myself and my whole family. June was fantastic. There are many places to relax in the lobby and we can see that weddings and other events are very common here. A beautiful hotel with such an incredible beautiful structure both inside and outside.

Surprised they don't have smart TVs with apps although we were out everyday enjoying our visit with relatives. We were surprised to see someone else's luggage in our room when we checked in and had to call the reception.

Das Restaurant mit sehr gutem Service, die Speisen blieben hinter unseren Erwartungen zurück. Haben es nur einmal ausprobiert.

The main building of this hotel is pretty, and the area where breakfast is held is nice. It is well situated, with restaurants and bars easily reached. The metal shutters on the windows are great at keeping the light out. The lifeguards by the pool are very nice, friendly and helpful. The pool has a number of broken sun loungers around it. The ‘annex’ is not attached to the main hotel. It is across a road, and had cracked windows around some parts of the ground floor. It does not feel special like the main hotel might. The rooms in the annex are tired and dated. The bathroom floods every time we have a shower. There was no body wash, or conditioner (even though I checked and was told there would be before visiting). The bed is comfortable. The windows are simply not good enough. I’m writing this at 00:30, and thumping music is stopping me from sleeping. This thumping music is coming from the GHR beach area, which is easily a five minute walk from my room. When I say this music is loud, my window is closed, the metal shutter is fully down, I have £200 earplugs in my ears, and I can STILL hear the music. I called reception to ask when the music would be turned down, and was spoken to by a man on reception who just answered ‘si’ to everything, even when this did not even nearly answer the question. This hotel - especially the annex - needs a lot of time and money invested into it.

The view,location and history . Also the breakfast was very good and the staff in restaurant were very professional. Also Mr.Noori in charge of car park and Bikes was very polite and helpful.

The receptionist were not very helpful and also I went to see spa and gym facilities and while I was there I ask the staff if I could fill my small water bottle and she said no,only if you use the gym!also €160 for a couple using the spa.water in the room was complementary only the first day. Even you have to pay for using the deck chairs in their own beach!car park charges as well.
