The hotel is nice and clean overall. I am a disabled person who needs certain accommodations. Upon checking in to the hotel it turned out that the accessible room I had reserved for me and my family was occupied. We had to get two rooms instead of one. We were charged only for one though. It was super inconvenient to have us separated for the night. We stayed there for 4 nights total. They fixed the issue the next day. The room that we were given the next day had a bathroom that technically was accessible, but for an example the grab bars in the shower were on the other side of the wall, not where the bench was. To me that is a safety hazard and if I haven’t had my husband with me there it would be impossible to use the shower. Not sure if I would recommend it to someone who is a wheelchair user, otherwise it is a good place. Hotel restaurant is great.

The pricing from Expedia to the actual hotel was almost a hundred dollar difference. Going into right away was inconvenient. The lights would not turn on until I had the light switches in a specific pattern. Wouldn’t let my wife and I get the breakfast we paid extra for. Also very limited selection for the hotel food.
