Room Comfort and Amenities Despite the issues with size and the missing balcony, the room was noted for being exceptionally clean and the bed was comfortable. The linens and towels were of high quality, enhancing the overall in-room experience. Hotel Appearance and Housekeeping The common areas of the hotel were very well-maintained and attractive. The housekeeping staff ensured that both the room and the public spaces were spotless throughout the stay. Service Exceptions While there were significant issues with how the service animal and dietary needs were handled, the vast majority of the staff, outside of the specific incidents noted, were generally polite and courteous in their day-to-day interactions.

Room and Accessibility Feedback This document outlines key issues related to the room description, size, accessibility, staff interaction, and breakfast service encountered during my stay. Discrepancies in Room Features The booking site explicitly stated that the reserved room would include a balcony. Upon arrival, the room lacked this feature. Room Size and Navigation The room was extremely small. The layout and limited floor space made it difficult for two people to pass one another without one individual having to step around or move between pieces of furniture. Accessibility Concerns (Bathroom) The commodes are low-profile. While this might be suitable for small children, it presents a significant challenge for guests with mobility issues, even those who do not require a mobility device. Furthermore, the toilet paper holder is mounted in a location that makes it extraordinarily difficult to reach. Accessing the toilet paper would require a guest to be extremely flexible or a contortionist. Breakfast Service and Dietary Needs Lack of Non-Spicy Hot Options: The hot breakfast offerings in the steam table were limited to items that all contained spice or peppers. The meat offering (sausage patty) had a discernible "bite," and both the potatoes and mini western omelets contained peppers. Failure to Provide Advertised Alternatives A sign in the breakfast area indicates that customers with special dietary needs should notify staff to receive information on alternatives. Since I have GERD and cannot consume spicy foods, I asked staff about the potential alternatives for a hot main course. I was first told to choose from the items already provided. When I clarified that I was referring to alternative hot food options, I was informed my only options were oatmeal or waffles.
