Clean rooms

Went there for the pool and spa tub...the spa tub was broke and the pool area was cold 🥶 ...I was not told that the spa tub was broke Upon checking in.....we checked out and drove back.home

The food was very good! The staff were so nice and professional.

We had mold in our bathroom.

The bed was comfortable and we were greeted pleasantly.

The hot tub was not functioning, and this was not disclosed upon booking or checking in. Then it was not properly sectioned off which was extremely dangerous. Walking into the space chatting almost ended up in severe injuries. One of the elevators had a section at the door and floor meeting that did not align so you could look right out and see everything passing by. The girl working the breakfast had the TV cranked up and was just sitting watching it. Some of the food was empty and she was simply not taking care of it but watching with extremely loud volume.

The font desk girls at the night and day shift were excellent with great customer service and comprehension skills on problem solving. Any business from time to time runs into issues and having staff who understands how to resolve without sabotaging future customers is a great asset and same goes for poor customer service such as Kai. He needs training in empathy emotional intelligence and alit if customer service with a clear concept of the company’s industry.

The girls at the desk had great customer service however Kai the male was rude and after having explained to him 4 times that the room they initially put us in on the 2nd floor had broken in locks and were a safety concern gas lit us into saying that we should check into another place instead of changing to a room that did not have broken in doors and locks which also smelled like feet. The girl with the curly hair smart and comprehended the concern and resolve the issue. Kai needs training.

The lady at the breakfast area was so nice. She’s such a hard worker.
